INTERIOR DESIGN DOWNTOWN HOME - VANNES
As part of the Tannerie project, several detached houses appeared in the specifications. The owner of the latter is a family of 4 people with a young child and a 15-year-old girl. Several requests were passed on but he wanted above all a spacious, bright and contemporary house.

The use of concrete here makes the whole project. Ground floor and floor were treated with two different types of concrete in order to highlight one with respect to the other. The bevel work on the openings gives a graphic and a dynamic to the architecture, making it more alive. The wooden keys, come as for them, warm the cold side of the raw concrete.
LIVING ROOM

The living rooms are 60m2 in total, a comfortable surface. They have a through light and direct access to the garden and patio. The space then becomes even larger once the sliding windows are fully open. Space and lightness are the main assets of this ground floor which also benefits from a high ceiling height of 3.80m.
One of the important points to deal with in this project was the presence of numerous storage spaces. The living / dining area has been disbursed and offers built-in storage. A large storage wall has also been created along the entire length of the living room. As for the outside light wood keys are used by place giving graphics to the space.
