ARCHITECTURE APPARTEMENTS - SAINT MALO (FRANCE)
Saint Malo is a fortified town close to Mont Saint Michel. In the heritage preservation policy, the safeguarded sector does not make it possible to propose contemporary architecture. This being outside the fortified city, it is possible and even encouraged to propose contemporary architecture. It is with this in mind that the residence "Le Grand Large" has been proposed. It is a new upscale residence of 5 apartments.
PRETTY NICE APPARTEMENTS WITH VIEW
This project stems from a tender for a small collective not far from the city of Saint Malo. The building was deliberately designed in a contemporary style. Its materials denotes in the landscape. The use of raw concrete and glass gives a different atmosphere to this small street. An aged oak wood has also been chosen to warm the facade and give it a plus value especially with its wooden shutters.
This small collective shelters a big T3 on the last floor, two T2 and a T1. These benefit from beautiful surface ranging from 55m2 to 110m2. Their big advantage is also the sea view and the proximity of the old town. This collective is also lucky to have a garage under ground.
