ARCHITECTURE  CO-HOUSING "LA TANNERIE" - VANNES (56)

NEW NEIGHBORHOOD

The plan is divided into several parts. On the street we can see the collective building, itself divided into two parts connected by a corridor surrounding a Ginkgo Biloba. Facing south, the garden side facade hosts all the terraces. The four individual houses are designed as town houses in order to inscribe them in the same logic. It is between 100 and 150m2 and as the terraces of the collective building, facing south. For reasons of visual comfort but also ecological, all buildings are designed with green roofs.

This project is part of a context of rehabilitation of an urban island. The client wants to see a collective building and four individual houses, all built around a landscaped area. The heart of the project is the pooling of spaces, such as the launderette and the gym or the nursery.

          Le plan se découpe en plusieurs parties. Sur la rue nous pouvons observer le bâtiment collectif, lui même découpé en deux parties reliés par une coursive entourant un Ginkgo Biloba. Exposé sud, la façade coté jardin accueille l'ensemble des terrasses. Les quatre maisons individuelles sont conçut comme des maison de ville afin de les inscrirent

CO-HOUSING

The building stands on 3 levels and is divided into 6 luxury apartments. Except for one, they are all conceived in duplex in order to preserve the exposure to the south for the rooms of life. The night spaces are preferably north. Each apartment also has a large south-facing terrace overlooking the landscaped area of ​​the new neighborhood.

APPARTEMENTS FROM T2 TO T5

 

The building is divided into two parts connected by a rectangular passageway around a Ginko Biloba. The corridor runs right under the roof. This annex building which hosts the crèche in the DRC, is occupied by two T4 of 102m2 duplex. In order to preserve the living rooms to the south and the sleeping rooms to the north, these duplex split-level apartment.

 

Thus, night space and day space is superimposed. In the main building where the elevators and the stairwell are located, there are the T3 and the T5. The T3 of the DRC is accessible from outside the building as a town house. The top floor apartment has the characteristic of having a through light in its living room.
