NEW NEIGHBORHOOD
The plan is divided into several parts. On the street we can see the collective building, itself divided into two parts connected by a corridor surrounding a Ginkgo Biloba. Facing south, the garden side facade hosts all the terraces. The four individual houses are designed as town houses in order to inscribe them in the same logic. It is between 100 and 150m2 and as the terraces of the collective building, facing south. For reasons of visual comfort but also ecological, all buildings are designed with green roofs.
This project is part of a context of rehabilitation of an urban island. The client wants to see a collective building and four individual houses, all built around a landscaped area. The heart of the project is the pooling of spaces, such as the launderette and the gym or the nursery.
