INTERIOR DESIGN PRIVATE HOME - VANNES
A project of individual house implies to take knowledge of the needs of desires of the owner. It also implies compliance with specifications with a budget, deadlines and constraints including the PLU. For this project of individual house, the restrictions were especially on the local plan of urbanism which forced certain things. Located a few steps from the ramparts, this house also hosts a professional space for its owners.

On this rehabilitation project, the choice of materials turned to noble materials such as aged and sandblasted oak floors or polished concrete worktops. The client did not have a budget limit which allowed us to offer quality materials. Cement tiles and marble can therefore be considered for bathrooms.

The town house of 135m2 has risen to 205m2 after rehabilitation and extensions. Large rooms have been proposed and a master suite with dressing room and bathroom. A large living room is also proposed with this mixture old and contemporary thanks to the use of noble and contemporary materials as well as the IPN left apparent. A range of high-end furniture is also submitted to the client.
