Located in one of the upscale neighborhood of the capital (Rue du Temple), this apartment of 50m2 has been rehabilitated. His owner had the idea to rent this apartment. This parameter was very important in the layout of the space and in the choice of its equipment. In addition the owner let us know that he wished 3 beds. Thanks to its high ceiling height of 3.30m, a mezzanine is possible. But the solution of the trundle bed is also proposed, more discreet and more compact.
